In 1987 Peking Food LLC. set up it’s first factory in Little Italy with 4 employees. At that time our factory was only 600 sq. ft.. In just 3 years after our inception, we moved to Williamsburg-Brooklyn. We had about 12 employees and expanded our space to 12,000 sq. ft. After 9 years, Williamsburg area had been entirely changed to high population residential area. So we began to search for a new location and settled on East Williamsburg Industrial Park and we have increased our employee to 30 persons. Our space had expanded to 25,000 sq. ft. We are very excited to see what the future will bring.
